Information on actual values of the System Average Interruption Duration Index (SAIDI) for long-duration electricity outages in urban and rural settlements, structured by electricity distribution licensees (DSOs). The indicators are calculated at the 0.4–20 kV voltage level and consider only interruptions caused by the company’s fault. In addition to the actual values, the dataset also includes the maximum allowable SAIDI limits for each locality category, established by the National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission (NEURC) to encourage improvements in power supply quality.
