Information on electricity consumption limitation measures

Data on the application of planned stabilization electricity outages for households by the transmission system operator NPC Ukrenergo. The dataset covers outages that were introduced on a large scale - either nationwide or across a significant number of regions. Cases where local outages were introduced within only 1-3 regions are not included.

At certain time periods, the number of queues is reported: the higher the electricity deficit in the system, the more queues of consumers are limited simultaneously.

From December 10, 2025, to January 28, 2026, NPC Ukrenergo stopped publishing information on outage hours. As a result, data for these dates are aggregated, based on information provided by distribution system operators (DSOs), and may not reflect the specific situation in individual regions.
